In addition to contributing to this notable charitable organization, you’ll find your beer featured in our communications in news and information about the event both online and off, and spend a weekend at one of the nation’s most enchanting resorts.

You must provide:
- Minimum of 3 different styles of beer, 5 cases each
- 10 X 10 tent if you have access to one
- Signage/posters/banners within the parameters of the tent
- Give-aways/freebies (at your discretion)
- The name and a brief description of each beer donated, for our Beer Tasting Guide
Festival format:
- One 2-2.5 oz. pour per person (tasting cups to be provided)
- Festival attendees will be wearing a wristband to receive beer samples (age verification and wristband handled at gate)
- You can provide additional samples to participants, at your discretion
- You’ll check off each participant’s Beer Tasting Guide for each sample provided
The Festival provides:
- FREE 10 X 10 space at BrewFest on Saturday, September 3rd
- One banquet table and 2 chairs Limited beer storage
- Tents if needed
- Beer Tasting Guide and hole punch
Benefits to you:
